Oriental Deli was created to facilitate supermarkets Asian take-out deli's. This system featured kitchen design, menu and recipe development, software for recipe and inventory management, authentic sauces and cook training.
House of Tsang and Oriental Deli were both sold to Hormel Foods®
in 1992. David has appeared on television and radio shows and commercials, taught cooking classes and authored
"All That Sizzles" cookbook.
Le Krewe Restaurant concept was developed and operated by David in San Francisco's Mission District, serving Creole and Cajun cuisine.
Starport Foods provides on-going support in recipe and menu development. Our customers include: Fishers Foods Market (Canton, Ohio), Peppermill Casino, (Wendover, Nevada), Sierra Ski Resort, (Lake Tahoe California), University of California at Riverside, (Riverside, California), Pat & Oscar's Restaurants (California) and Wegmans Supermarkets, (Rochester, New York).
