Brown Stir-fry Sauce (214)
All-purpose, light colored savory sauté sauce with cilantro and garlic. A complete stir-fry sauce, replaces the use of soy sauce, seasonings and cornstarch. This is our most popular and versatile sauce – a must, for every chef, in every kitchen!

Suggested use: Beef and Broccoli, Vegetarian Stir-fry, Chicken and Mushrooms, Shrimp and Snow Peas, Chow Mein, Lo Mein, Cashew Chicken and Egg Foo Young.

 

Classic Hoisin Sauce (128)

This traditional sweet and spicy sauce is used for authentic Asian-flavored barbecues, marinades & dressings, or as a condiment for Peking duck, Mu Shu Pork and steamed buns.

Suggested use: Hunan Chicken Pizza, General Kahn’s Sweet and Spicy Chicken, Jalapeño Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Peking Spicy and Sour Chicken.

Coconut Curry Sauce (123)

This is our favorite yellow curry with pineapple flavor and a touch of coconut. Scrumptious for Indonesian-flavored dishes. Add tropical fruits to create Caribbean West-Indies dishes.

Suggested use: Shrimp Salad with Islander Coconut Curry Dressing, Indonesian Coconut Curry Shrimp Noodle Soup, Scallops with Mushrooms and Sugar Snap Peas, Coconut Curry Chicken and Rice, Singapore Coconut Curry Chicken or Rice Stick Noodles and Shrimp Rice Pasta.

 

Garlic Sesame Marinade & Glaze (209)

A versatile and delicious teriyaki-style sauce with garlic, sesame seeds and roasted sesame seed oil.

Suggested use: Marinate chicken, beef or seafood and grill or bake for a juicy Asian treat. Use for basting, great for stir-fries and  noodles.

 

General Kung Pao Sauce (345)

A sweet  and garlicky spicy red sauce for traditional Kung Pao  and General Tso recipes.

Suggested use: Use as a traditional Mongolian fire sauce, or in any "Kung Pao" recipe or stir-fry, like: General Kung Pao Chicken or General Kung Pao Vegetarian Tofu and Mushrooms.


Hawaiian Sweet and Sour Sauce (215)

Everyone’s favorite Sweet & Sour Sauce with pineapple and lemon flavors! Always a winner!

Suggested use: Take chicken or pork chunks, add Marinade Seasoning (356) for flavor and tenderizing, toss nuggets in Crispy Seasoning Batter (354), deep fry and toss with Hawaiian Sweet and Sour sauce! This is the perfect a dipping sauce for fried Won Ton, Egg Rolls, Crab Rangoon, or Coconut Crunch Chicken or Shrimp. Try it in a wrap-sandwich or on a pizza instead of tomato sauce – a tropical delight!


Lemon Teriyaki (213)
Luscious lemon flavored Teriyaki, traditionally used for Hawaiian grilled pounded chicken. Delicious as a dipping or sauté sauce. Mix with vinegar and roasted sesame seed oil  as a salad or noodle dressing.

Suggested use: Sticky Wings, Islander’s Teriyaki Meat Balls, Grilled Pork Chops and Shrimp Kabobs.

A popular sweet, tangy and spicy Filipino braising sauce, use for braised chicken and pork dishes. For a traditional Adobo meal, brown meat; add vegetables and Adobo Sauce, and simmer until tender.

Suggested use: Chicken Adobo, Ginger and Scallion Sautéed Shrimp, and Jalapeño Chicken.

 

Ponzu Citrus Soy (235)

A delicate, citrus infused soy based sauce. This slightly thickened sauce will cling to each morsel, adding a fresh and delicious citrus-soy flavor profile to all foods.

Suggested use: A perfect dipping sauce for potstickers and appetizers. Create citrus flavored soy dressings and marinades. Make fun noodle salads.

 

Sesame Onion Seasoning Sauce (203)
This extremely versatile sauce is the BEST sauce for fried rice!! Delicious soy sauce with roasted sesame seed and onion flavors adds instant Asian flavor to anything.

Suggested use: Any Fried Rice recipe, Chow Mein or Lo Mein noodles, baste on grilled foods or create Asian salad dressings – also an excellent dipping sauce.

 

Spicy Orange Sauce (127)

A zesty spicy and tangy stir-fry sauce that is delicious with meat, poultry, and seafood. Brush on hamburgers before and after grilling to add a new dimension. Spicy up cooked rice and beans.

Suggested use: Kung Pao Shrimp or Chicken, Mongolian Beef, General Tao’s Chicken.

 

Spicy Szechuan Sauce (322)

This is an amazing spicy soy stir-fry sauce that is extremely tasty in noodles and meat dishes. You won’t have to add more chili or spices, because this sauce is perfect!

Suggested use: Spicy Szechuan Beef, grilled meats, spicy noodles and stir-fries.

 

Sweet Ginger Sauce (216)
Delicate Sweet Soy Sauce with a touch of Ginger for awesome stir-fries! Create everyone’s favorite pasta salads and fried rice dishes. This is an excellent marinade.

Suggested use: Ginger and Sesame Glazed Chicken Wings, Beef in Ginger Sauce with Crispy Rice Sticks, Empress Sweet Ginger Sesame Chicken, and Sweet Ginger Pork Stir-fry.

 

Thai Peanut Sauce (222)
