Appetizer Seasoning (350)
Use this versatile and aromatic Appetizer Seasoning for Crab Rangoon, Won Tons, Egg Rolls, cream cheese mixes, meatballs, soup bases or to season pasta, rice and beans. Usage: 3-4 % by weight.

Suggested use: Won Ton – Chicken or Pork, Pot Stickers, Egg Rolls, Crab Rangoon, rice or noodles.


Cilantro Garlic Broth Base (160)
This delicious vegetarian broth base is great for soups, especially for Vietnamese-style Beef and Noodle “Pho” soup. Use this as a seasoning rub on fish or meat, create instant gravies, or use to flavor rice and beans. Usage: 3-4 % by weight.

Suggested use: Egg Flower Soup, West Lake Beef Soup, Won Ton Soup or Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup.


Crispy Seasoning Batter (354)
A complete frying batter, delicately seasoned with garlic and onion for unlimited, universal applications. An excellent batter mix for Sweet and Sour pork, chicken, fish fillets or shrimp. Incomparable! You must try it! It creates the perfect light and crispy coating. It helps the sauces cling, without letting the breading get soggy.

Suggested use: Empress Sesame Chicken, General Kahn’s Sweet and Spicy Chicken, Luau Sweet and Sour Chicken or Spicy Orange Chicken.

 

Hot and Spicy Seasoning (351)
Add heat and excitement to anything! Sprinkle over this authentic, fiery Asian flavored, five-spice seasoning blend. Great on wings, chicken nuggets, fish & chips, fries, and shrimp.

Suggested use: Cantonese Firecracker Shrimp, Shanghai Chicken Wings. Usage: 4% by weight.


Marinade Seasoning (356)
A versatile dry marinade, flavored with garlic, onions and spices. Use as a complete seasoning. Exceptional in helping to maintain moisture for stir-fry-sized meats, shrimp and fish! Use in conjunction with Crispy Seasoning Batter (354) for fried meat nuggets, like Sweet & Sour Chicken or Pork. Usage: 5-6% by wt.
