Ponzu Citrus Sauce Recipe with Edamame
Ponzu is a delicate, citrus infused soy based sauce. This slightly
thickened sauce is a perfect dipping sauce, and will cling to each
morsel, adding a fresh and delicious citrus-soy flavor profile to
all foods.

Ingredients
1 lb. Edamame, frozen
¼ C. Ponzu Sauce
(Starport 235)
2 tsp. Wasabi powder
1 Tbsp. White sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
The wasabi powder is an option for hot
and spicy lovers.
This is a great beer party appetizer.

Instructions
1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil, add in Edamame bring
to a second boil and cook Edamame for 3 minutes. Drain
Edamame and set aside.
2. Mix ¼ C. Ponzu Sauce with 2 tsp. wasabi powder
3. Toss Edamame with Ponzu and Wasabi and serve.
4. Garnish with toasted white sesame seeds.
