Q: Where can I buy Starport products for home cooking?
A: For home use, you can buy online at Starport Gourmet or Amazon or call 1-714-525-5810 (Pacific standard time).

Q: I am a restaurant owner and a chef where can I buy your products?
A: Contact your account manager at Sysco, Sysco ChefEx or US Foods. We are listed nationally with these foodservice distributors. You can also buy online at Starport Gourmet or Amazon. To purchase direct, call us at 1-714-525-5810 (PST). Minimum order is 1 case and shipping from California is additional.

Q: I am a distributor, how should I buy your products?
A: Distributors are eligible for volume discounts. If you are a retail store distributor, we also have promotional programs available. Please contact us at sales@starportfoods.com

Q: Do you export?
A: Yes, we customers in Canada, Middle East, Honduras and Mexico.

Q: Do you provide samples?
A: We provide samples to qualified clients, such as distributor, chefs, buyers and importers. However, we request importers pay for the freight cost of the samples.

Q: What is the requirement for private label?
A: The minimum quantity is one 500 gallon batch, which translates to: 9 - 55 gallon drums, 100 - 5 gallon pails, 125 cases - 1 gallon at 4 per case, 165 cases - 1/2 gallon pack at 6 per case, 450 cases - 12 oz. glass bottles at 12 per case. (plus or minus 10%)

Q: Can I get more recipes?
A: If you don’t find the recipe on our website, contact us with your specific request. If we have the recipe, we can email it to you.

Q: Will you develop recipe?
A: With time permitting, we can often develop or modify recipes for qualified clients at low or no cost. For example, you might need to scale up recipes for an Asian Buffet

Q: How can I get cook training?
A: Qualified accounts can request cook training. Our chefs will set up 4 hour training sessions at a reasonable cost. We are delighted to see how quickly cooks catch on to Starport’s easy speed scratch cooking. Full color photo recipes are available in binders.

Q: Can you turn our restaurant recipes into production quality formulas? 
A: We have years of experience doing custom sauce blends. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement and can convert your in-house recipes to high quality shelf stable products. This will ensure flavor consistency and help your operation improve their bottom line by saving time, ingredient inventory and labor.
