An upscale California supermarket chain installed cook-to-order, display Wok cooking in their deli. Our promise was to make all the cooks “WOK STARS” in stir fry a meal in 4 minutes or less. Once the customer hand selected their vegetables and specified the protein (beef, chicken or shrimp), starch (brown rice, jasmine white rice or noodles) and Starport stir-fry sauce flavor (Classic Wok Sauce, General Kung Pao Sauce, Garlic Sesame Marinade and Glaze or Coconut Curry Sauce), the Wok cook had 4 minutes to cook the order and another minute to wrap and label the container.
