Oriental Deli® was created to offer an Asian turn-key deli program, provides supermarket operators with the operational tools needed to run a profitable Asian take-out deli. The Oriental Deli program features kitchen design, menu and recipe development, software for recipe development and profit and loss calculation, and cook training. Oriental was sold to Hormel Foods in 1992.

House of Tsang® produced Asian stir-fry sauces, flavored oils, and grill sauces for the retail and foodservice market segments. House of Tsang products include pre-cooked frozen appetizers, entrées and instant cup-a-soups. House of Tsang® was created in 1985 and first acquired by Kraft Foods, reaquired by David and again sold to Hormel Foods® in 1992.

RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE

Le Krewe Restaurant and Oyster Bar was developed and operated by David Tsang and Cheryl Tsang in San Francisco's Mission District, serving Fusion Cajun Creole cuisine in a festive Mardi Gras setting. The restaurant offered Mardi Gras beads and masks for the guests and lively Zydeco music.

OUR EXPERIENCE

We have over 30 years of experience in the formulation, production, marketing and distribution of authentic Asian, Pan-Asian and Fusion sauces, seasonings and Asian foods. Supermarket Deli's, Restaurants, Universities and Corporate Cafeterias use our Asian food program nationwide. We custom formulate sauces and seasonings for restaurant chains, supermarket retailers and food manufacturers. Our goal is to provide easy-to-use authentic regional flavors, recipes and innovative ideas for the foodservice industry.

David Tsang is a Member of Institute of Food Technologist since 1988 and an Advisory Board Member in the Department of Hospitality Management at San Francisco State University's College of Business. David's prior management position was the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center Operations Manager at Stanford University. by David's Bio
Cheryl Tsang is active in the Southern California business community and served on the executive board for the Asian Business Association of Orange County as the Treasurer, Secretary, Board Member and Logistics Chair. Cheryl was a Graphic Designer and Advertising Executive and was a painter for Nordstrom. by Cheryl's Bio
