How do I use Starport Sauces?
- Use for stir-frying and Mongolian Gill sauce
- Use as a BBQ sauce

- Use as a base sauce and add ingredients to make your own signature sauce

- Combine sauces for additional flavor varieties

Do I have to add cornstarch, herbs or spices?
Starport sauces are pre-thickened so you do not have to add cornstarch. However, you can make your own signature sauce by adding: crushed garlic, minced ginger root, chopped green onions, cilantro or lemongrass, chili flakes, beer or wine, etc.
Do Starport products contain MSG?
No, Starport products contain no added MSG.
Are Starport products Vegetarian?
All of Starport Foods sauces, seasonings and batters are vegetarian and do not contain any meat, seafood or dairy products.
Are Starport sauces Gluten Free?
Most of Starport’s products are Gluten Free, which is noted on the product labels.

What is the shelf life of Starport sauces?
The Best By date is 18 months from the production date. A 4-digit or 5-digit Julian date code is ink jet printed on the neck of the bottle and also on the case label. The first one or two digits are the last numbers of the year, and the next 3-digits are the day-number of the year. We recommend refrigerating after opening and shaking well before using.
Do Starport sauces need refrigeration?
Unopened products and cases can be stored at ambient temperature, away from direct heat and light; however, we recommend refrigeration after opening for longest shelf life.
Can I buy an assortment of mixed flavors in one case?
We do not break cases.
Can I freeze the sauces or can I freeze food made with Starport sauces?
Yes, Starport sauces can be frozen, and food prepared with Starport sauces can also be frozen.
Does Starport support sustainability?
Yes, Starport is committed to sustainability. The plastic jugs are recyclable, please rinse and recycle them. The cardboard boxes and dividers can also be recycled. Please note that we frequently “DOUBLE BOX” our single case shipments to ensure better protection for these heavy sauces that contain high-quality herbs and spices. Do Starport products contain any allergens?
Potential allergens are indicated in the ingredient statements on the label and may include: Wheat, Soy, Sesame, Mustard, Tree Nuts (coconut).
Do Starport products contain any GMO ingredients?
No
Do Starport products contain any preservatives?
Yes. Sodium Benzoate is used as a mold inhibitor. Starport sauces are kettle cooked and hot-filled. Due to the cooling process, labels may appear wrinkled on the plastic jugs. To ensure food safety, we incorporate a mold inhibitor.
Which Starport product is considered an essential ingredient?
The Marinade Seasoning is our #1 secret weapon that we use almost every single time that we cook. The only time we don’t use it is for seafood.
