Chipotle Sweet and Sour Chicken Pizza
Serves: 3
Ingredients
| 1/4 C | Hawaiian Sweet and Sour Sauce (GF) |
| 2 Tbsp | Chipotle BBQ Sauce (GF) |
| 4 oz | Chicken, diced, cooked |
| 4 oz | Assorted cheese |
| 1 oz | Red onions, sliced |
| 1 oz | Red bell pepper, sliced |
| 1 oz | Pineapple, diced or crushed |
| 1 ea | 8” Pizza dough/bread |
Instructions
- Toss chicken with Chipotle BBQ Sauce and set aside.
- Coat pizza dough with Hawaiian Sweet & Sour Sauce.
- Top pizza pie with sauced chicken, red onions, bell peppers, pineapple, and cheese.
- Bake pizza at 425°F for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
